☆ Everyday Morning/Night Routine
Step one: If it’s before bed, wash any excess eye make up off with eye makeup remover (Product one) and a cotton pad. If it’s the morning, proceed straight to step two.
Step two: Cleanse face with Cetaphil (Product two) which will leave the skin completely clean and free of makeup.
Step three: Exfoliate! Exfoliating removes dead skin cells, grease and impurities from the surface of the skin and should only be done around twice a week, not everyday! I exfoliate with St Ives (product 3) when my skin is clearish, or Neutrogena (product 6) when I have a lot of acne. Use warm water with both and scrub gently deep into your pores.
Step four: Rinse your face with warm water and then use a cotton pad to dab toner (product 4) all over your face. Warm water opens your pores and allows the toner to wash them out. Then rinse the toner off with cold water which will then shut the pores again. Step five: Moisturise your skin to leave it feeling soft and clean. I use cetaphil moisturiser (product 5) as its natural and sensitive to skin, which you will need after big washes like this one.
You will only need to exfoliate twice out of your total 14 washes a week, and tone once a day. However cleanse your face twice a day and always remember to take your eye make up off before bed.
☆ Face Masks
I also do a face mask once a week, and I use the following recipes:
MOISTURIZING FACE MASK
2 egg whites, separated from the yolk and placed in a bowl
2 tablespoons of plain yogurt (I use Greek yogurt)

Separate the egg whites from a couple eggs and place them in a bowl. Add 2 tablespoons of yogurt (do not use flavored yogurt). Mix them up and apply to face. Leave on face for a few minutes then rinse face in warm water, followed by a warm washcloth.
REJUVINATING FACE MASK

1 tbsp oatmeal, finely ground
1 tbsp plain yogurt
A few drops of honey
Add the yogurt to the oatmeal in a small bowl and mix together. Warm a few drops of honey. To do this, warm a spoon under hot water for a minute, then add a few drops of honey to the spoon. Stir the honey into the yogurt and oatmeal mixture. Apply the mask to the face. Leave it on for 10 minutes, then rinse off with several splashes of warm water. Follow with a warm washcloth.

FACE LIFTING FACE MASK
2 Tbsp plain yogurt
1 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
Combine yogurt with lemon juice and apply to your cleansed face and neck. Let it dry for 20 to 30 minutes. You’ll feel the mask tighten on your face and neck, which creates a lifting and firming effect. Leave it on longer (up to one hour) for even more face-lifting effects. Once done, rinse with tepid water followed by a cool rinse. This mask helps fade age-spots, acne scars and even helps keep blemishes and acne in check. It also gets rid of uneven-looking skin tone.
☆ Home Made Lip Scrub (Inspired by Lush)
I invented this sugar lip scrub when I was bored at home one day and now use it about 3-5 times a week. It leaves my lips plumper and gets rid of any dead skin on them which I love!
3 Tablespoons of Sugar
1 Tablespoon coconut oil
Dash of vanilla essence
Raspberry flavoured food colouring
Add the coconut oil to the sugar and mix until it is completely soaked up. Add more sugar if necessary (it usually is). Add the vanilla essence and then food colouring and mix until all combined. Put in a small container ready to use whenever! To use just take a teaspoonful and scrub against your lips until they tingle and all dead skin is gone. The food colouring will look funny but when you’re finished scrubbing just rinse your mouth with water and it’ll come off. Here is my most recent lip scrub I made:

Now that’s my complete skin care routine for you all! Hope you enjoy and have learnt something new.
